By using the Quran Academy website and its services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use our services.

The Academy provides online lessons in the Holy Quran, Arabic Language, and Islamic Studies. We are committed to providing qualified teachers and approved educational curricula to ensure the best educational experience.

Students are expected to adhere to lesson schedules, respect teachers, and comply with general Islamic etiquette. For child students, the parent is responsible for providing a suitable environment for learning and following up with the Academy.

Tuition fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each calendar month according to the chosen plan. The Academy reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice to students.

In the event a teacher cancels a session, the Academy is committed to compensating for it at another time or providing a substitute teacher. In the event a student cancels, the Academy must be notified at least 6 hours in advance to consider the possibility of compensation.

All content, educational materials, and logos available on the site are the property of Quran Academy and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.

The Academy makes every effort to ensure the stability and quality of the service, but we do not assume responsibility for any interruption resulting from technical problems beyond our control (such as internet problems on the student's side).

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any dispute arising from them shall be resolved amicably or through the competent authorities.
